Megan Lamke
Megan started in the real estate industry working for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in 2008. Despite the huge recession and housing crisis Megan achieved the coveted President's Club award 8 months for her sales closed. While at Wells Fargo Megan built a network of real estate investors and learned some best practices for real estate investing during a recession. While working full-time Megan  began house hacking  her primary residence while also convincing her tenants to help her  implementing the Buy, Renovate, Rent, Refinance, and Repeat (BRRRR) strategy. Megan and Darik realized that by BRRRR, house hacking their home had doubled in value and that becoming debt free they had the opportunity to sell their primary residence and use the profits to passively invest in multifamily syndications to replace Megan's corporate salary. Today, Megan (35) & Darik (37) have a rapidly growing portfolio of over 2,225 units valued at over $531 million dollars. They both work from home and have the time freedom and financial freedom to spend quality time with their 3 year old daughter. Vadim Rey
 Vadim Rey was born in Ukraine, raised in Los Angeles, and educated in Boston. Having grown up blocks from Hollywood, CA, he was surrounded by wealth and yet lived in subsidized housing. Though his family and deaf parents did not have the comforts of money, they provided him with the grit, determination, and love that come from an immigrant family. Vadim commissioned into the Information Warfare Community out of the Boston ROTC Consortium in 2015 and will be resigning his commission in 2022 to invest in apartments, to work with youth-focused non-profits, and to travel full time. Vadim jumped into real estate after hearing enough senior Sailors talk about buying a house at every duty station. Cameron Roy
Cameron is a multifamily syndicator in Dallas, TX. In late 2018 he read the Cashflow Quadrant by Robert Kiyosaki which changed everything for him in the way he thinks about finances. After chasing curiosity, he concluded that multifamily real estate investing would be the vehicle he would choose to grow his wealth. He spent the next year diving headfirst into learning all things multifamily and syndication. In early 2020 he decided to leave his day job and go all in on building a real estate business that focuses on buying value add multifamily deals. A few months later, after a lot of hard work, perseverance, and consistent action, he partnered on his first deal which was a 120-unit, $9.2 million dollar acquisition. His love for real estate investing comes from learning the kind of freedom it can provide for people. He’s also fueled by the fact that this information is no taught in traditional learning systems. You essentially have to know someone who does this or stumble upon a book like he did. Cameron believes that God put him on this earth to help people reach their full potential. He desires to do that by helping people to get their money working for them through cashflow producing assets in a way that serves as a blessing, not a burden. When he’s not working, you can find him volunteering with his church, hanging out with his wife and friends, or yelling fore on a golf course.

Maricela has a business degree from her native country and a Doctorate in Nursing Practice of Anesthesia from Baylor College of Medicine. Michael Barnhart
Michael is a co-founder of Adventurous Real Estate Investors. Neil Wahlgren
Mr. Wahlgren brings nearly two decades of leadership in operations and capital markets. Prior to MAG Capital Partners, Mr. Wahlgren led a Bay Area real estate investment firm, raising capital for over $200M in projects.  Before that, Mr. Wahlgren piloted the C-130 in both the Air Force and Navy, logging over 2500 flight hours with combat tours to both Iraq and Afghanistan and concluding his military career as a Lieutenant Commander. John Paniagua holds a master’s degree and Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia University and SUNY at Stony Brook, respectively. He worked at Northrop Grumman and Sapient before joining the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) in 2004 as a software engineer consultant in Regulation Technology.
