Whitney Sewell is a country boy from rural Kentucky. He grew up riding horses and has always driven a Chevy truck. He is a veteran of the Army National Guard and spent all of 2005 deployed in Iraq. Jonathan Farber
Jonathan is a  27-year-old side hustle investor originally from Long Island and currently living in Raleigh, North Carolina  working at the technology company NetApp. He became the youngest enterprise account executive at NetApp, but has also started investing in real estate on lunch breaks, nights and weekends. Max Harkavy
Max is an active duty Air Force Officer stationed at Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, Oh. He previously flew B-52's out of Barksdale AFB in La, but now works as an Acquisitions Officer working on F-15 defensive systems. He got the idea to pursue real estate by observing the financial freedom that  his dad, who started a property management company around 30 years ago, was able to realize. He was lucky enough to be in a position to put some money down on a deal in an area of downtown Cincinnati that was experiencing a tremendous economic revival circa 2016.
