Rebecca Henson talks with Lauren Minchen in today’s episode.  Lauren is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a private practice in NYC. She has been practicing as a dietitian for the past 8 years, with 10 years total experience in the nutrition field. Lauren's primary specialties are gut health and autoimmune conditions, with a particular focus on IBS and IBD. She loves helping her clients identify problem foods and behaviors that trigger their symptoms, and then guiding them with an appropriate diet and lifestyle that allows them to eat with confidence and feel their best. Gut and autoimmune conditions do NOT have to run your life!
