Are you easy to work with?  Or does your client have to make all of the effort?  Do you proactively communicate or does the client have to always ask what is going on? Let's face it, when you hire a professional you don't want it to be more work for you?

Communication is one of the biggest reason consumers don't think you are easy to work with and why you may be getting bad reviews.  There is a very thin line between a happy client and one who is angry.  Most often the difference is nothing more than a missed e-mail or unreturned phone call.
