Our new lawyer addition at Blair Cato, Meredith Noon, joins Dishin' Dirt to discuss changes that she has seen in the market since Covid and how many of those changes are here to stay in the industry.  One of the keys to business is the ability to adapt and change to the consumer needs. Often businesses fail to react to what the consumer wants.  Meredith discuss what she sees as those changes that the clients want and the industry will deliver.

And as a follow up to last week's episode about the State of the Market, Zillow as issued its' opinion so we examine the market according to Zillow.
