Squatting is becoming a real problem in real estate. Once a squatter gets access to your client's home and refuses to leave it might be a lot more difficult to get them out than you think.  Most often the police will not get involved so your client is at the mercy or a long court process.  Stephan Futeral of Nelson & Futeral joins me today to discuss all you need to know about squatting.
