Today I finish up with Part 2 of the Central Carolina REALTOR Association contract changes.  It is always a big stress as a real estate agent to learn a new contract.

On January 1, 2023 the Central Carolina REALTORS Association will begin using its' new and improved contract in the Midlands of South Carolina. Even if you mainly use the SCR State Contract you need to learn the CCRA contract as we are seeing more and more outside market contracts being presented everyday.  In today's episode I cover the final four sections of the CCRA contract.
