In June 2022 the South Carolina REALTORS revised the "State" contract removing the repair procedure section.  Now that the latest version of the contract is about 8 months old, it is a good time to look at other changes that are needed in the contract.  Here are my Top 10 revisions that are need to make to the contract better.
