This week is law update week. With the summer finally showing some signs of life, I wanted to revisit multiple offers and the appraisal gap language.  Both of these issues are being misstated by a lot of agents.

Additionally, I am going to address the question of assisting another agent with their client when you work for a different broker *(think open houses) as well as marketing another agent's listings on your social media.

All of these issues are hot topics that agents tend to misunderstand.
