Lou Chiu is a culture and relationships coach and consultant based in the UK.
 
She specializes in supporting and developing allyship for individuals and communities looking for long-term, sustainable and systemic change. Whilst she predominantly works within Higher Education and research, Lou has also worked across various sectors, such as sustainability, local government, creative and digital arts, and finance.
