Sandra set up Transition Partners several years ago and Alice is the companies D&I champion. Between them and with their colleagues in the business they’re doing some fantastic work to make sure their recruitment agency is embracing best practice for all the right reasons and to challenge peoples thinking in the tech industry in particular.
