It can be all too easy to give our power away to endless distractions and seemingly chaotic situations all around us and in the media. Soul sovereignty helps us rise above the noise, confusion, and fear, maintain our focus, and stay centered.

I am seeing so many people around me who are getting incredibly distressed about the state of the world - which is 100% understandable - but we have to remember that we are most powerfully able to impact the world when we are standing strong in our own balanced energy.

In this episode, I'm speaking with Claire Atyeo (Scorpio Sun, Gemini Moon & Libra Rising), a modern-day medicine woman based in England, about the journey to soul sovereignty and the twists & turns that can arise on our path towards becoming more in tune with ourselves as well as how we can be of the best energetic service to the world without getting so sucked into the drama that surrounds us.

Stay tuned for the end for a beautiful practice to dissolve any heaviness that has been weighing on you due to overwhelming problems in the world or in your own life. 💓

What if I told you that the wave of the future is trading? It may seem a little out there when so many of us are used to spending our days running around trying to make money and save for the future. I mean, who has time to "trade"?

In this episode, I'm sharing the results of my experiment with trading over 17 energy healing sessions (and counting) and the unexpectedly amazing benefits that ensued... despite my initial horror when the idea first crossed my path.

I also share how you can dip a toe into trading, too, if you want to feel it out!

Vaughn Pierro (Cancer Sun, Scorpio Moon & Cancer Rising) is a multi-dimensional healer and soul alchemist who uses breathwork, movement, and sound as a pathway for transformation.

In this episode, we discuss how Vaughn found her cosmic calling and transitioned from a suburban mom working as a deep tissue massage therapist to someone who channels goddesses and the energy of her clients' higher selves to help them heal at age 50.

We talk all about her transformational journey into channeling and how you can open up your intuitive senses to channel your spirit guides as well!

Money troubles getting you down? Yeah, we've all been there, especially in this post-pandemic world (or maybe always).

Maybe it's not really a problem with us, and it's a problem with the system instead. Or maybe it's actually a beautiful spiritual opportunity to help us grow and expand in our perception of what money is really all about and how we can get that same energy in another easier way.

In this episode, we discuss how the NEW abundance isn't about how much money you make... it's about how much you can live in flow.

// SHOW NOTES:

A few books I have been staying up reading all night that I highly recommend that really don't have anything to do with money, but are fascinating in terms of tapping into divine feminine flow and why it’s been so hard (best to read in order!):

1. Jesus and the Essenes by Dolores Cannon
2. Power of the Magdalene by Stuart Wilson & Joanna Prentis
3. Mary Magdalene's Daughter: The Story of Sarah by Pia Orleane, Ph.D.

Shadow work season continues... but it's getting lighter?! This month, the Sun moves through Scorpio, helping us face our fears and insecurities head-on so we can come out of the month feeling so much more empowered. But at the same time, we are getting a boost from the other planets that will make this transition to unstoppable fearlessness a lot more of an enjoyable ride than it has been in the past.

We also talk about the gifts that Eclipse Season has been giving us in our evolution, and how to work with the upcoming New Moon in Scorpio and Full Moon in Gemini.

*Note: I said the New Moon is on November 12th, but that is late at night in Hawaii Time. For the rest of the world, it's on November 13th!

If you fear strengthening your intuition or telling others about your spiritual gifts, you may suffer from the Witch Wound. 🧙🏼‍♀️

Our souls subconsciously remember everything that has ever happened to us in all of our lifetimes, and because tens of thousands of people were once burnt at the stake for possessing even just the slightest hint of intuitive knowledge, it's very likely that something scary has happened in your past that has caused you to fear your own power and abilities, too!

In this episode, I want to explore the witch wound and how it may still be affecting you and keeping you from fully embracing your spiritual and intuitive gifts, even if you don’t choose to label yourself as a so-called “witch." How can we begin to break the spell of fear that can sometimes surround working with our intuition and tapping into other realms that can provide greater wisdom & knowledge this world truly needs right now?

We may feel like moving faster means getting where we want to be faster, but what if we have it all backward? What if slowing down is really the best way to receive the soul-utions, feelings, and experiences we have been working so hard to attain?

In this episode, I talk about the benefits of slowing down and the silliness that happens in our brains when we try to rush to our destination without paying attention to the higher vibrational signs that are trying to show us how much easier, simpler, and more peaceful life could be if we only allowed ourselves to take our time.
