Chicago landlords are increasingly using LLCs, often concealing individual owners’ identities. WBEZ reporters Amy Qin and Esther Yoon-Ji Kang tell host Jacoby Cochran how these property owners become invisible and why this makes it difficult for tenants to hold their landlords accountable.
