Burnout is a word not often spoken (at least, not out loud) within the physician community, but today's guest, Russ Richmond of Laudio, seeks to change that stigma. Burnout led him on a journey of self-discovery that he shares daily with those around him, and he gives us a ton of keys to success. Learn how effective leadership, self-belief, and even proper management structure can make a huge difference in burnout and our fulfillment at home or on the job. Richmond went from working 12-hour days as a physician and quitting due to burnout to creating Laudio to help others manage each other and themselves more effectively. You won't want to miss it!

This is your time! We felt it was a great time to review the year that was 2020, and we invite you along for the journey. Each of us brought three "takeaways" from our portion of the businesses, Kenji with real estate, Leti with SRMD. There was definite common ground with mindset work and limiting beliefs, and we refer to our Year in Review blog posts, found here:
https://semiretiredmd.com/our-real-estate-year-in-review-2020-part-i-investment-property-sales/
We hope you can learn from our experiences in 2020 to help make 2021 the best year yet.
