It's one of those topics that can land very personally for many of us: how much of the inertia, anxiety, and lost time that people carry came from being told to wait for divine direction that never came?

The conversation moves through inherited frameworks, purity culture's meticulous God, the gendered politics of who gets the prophecy, and whether the whole question needs reframing — from what is God's will for my life to what is God doing among us, and how do we join in.
