A new filing has dropped from Donna Adelson’s defense team. In this new filing, we learn of a new jailhouse snitch who has talked to law enforcement in April of 2025. Donna Adelson’s defense team deposed this new snitch [Patricia Byrd] on July 17, 2025. Donna Adelson’s defense aims to keep out most of this inmate’s testimony save for her remarks about Katherine Magbanua. In addition, this new Motion in Limine aims to throw out both Byrd’s testimony and the testimony of jailhouse snitch Drina Bernhardt. Let’s talk about it!
