Crime talk timestamp;05:54. When you hear the words ‘Serial Killer’ , your mind might automatically conjure up an image of what a serial killer would look like in a film, or perhaps in your imagination… and Robert ‘Willie’ Pickton is to many people the image of what a serial killer would look .

Like a character straight out of a horror movie, this cruel, repugnant, evil man is suspected of being one of the most prolific serial killers in Canadian history .

Whilst running his family pig farm in Port Co Quitlam just 30 miles from Vancouver , Willie was not only slaughtering the animals they would sell to local businesses.

Infact under-the guise of running a seemingly normal farm he was luring vulnerable sex workers there , to sexually assault, torture & kill them . It is suspected he may have even been selling some human meat disguised with pork during this shocking murder spree .

For years more & more women disappeared with law enforcement turning a blind eye, until finally his farm was searched & the law enforcement couldn’t believe what they would find .

Their search led to them uncovering the biggest crime scene in Canadian History, & a suspect believed to have killed over 49 women.

He was later convicted of 6 murders, but it is highly likely he is the killer of many more. This is the case of the ‘Pig Farmer Killer’ Robert ‘Willie’ Pickton (Part 1). Sources

Crime talk timestamp;01:16. Do you remember being young, going to school & wanting to do all the things that your friends did, sometimes arguing with your parents about it .….

Most of us have been there as teenagers when there was something you want to do or try but your parents still say ‘no’.

At the time you may have thought why are they trying to ruin my social life , or stop me from doing what all the ‘cool kids’ are doing. Only looking back in hindsight do we realise our parents usually did know best in those circumstances.

They just had our best interests at heart & most importantly our safety as their number one priority.

Tragically one young teenage girl from Rochester New York didn’t get to see the benefits of hindsight, as an evil predator cruelly snatched her life from her before she had the chance to properly experience it .

It was around 9.15pm on April 25th 2009 when 17 year old petite blonde Britannee Drexel was walking down Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

Grainy Cctv shows her walking along the street on the way to meet some people at her hotel, until she eventually walks out of shot, disappearing into the darkness … and that was the last time she was ever seen alive again .

Her unknowing parents were at home, a 14 hour drive away unknowing that she had sneaked away to Myrtle Beach that weekend for Spring break.

So when they found out she was missing they started a desperate & frantic search to find their young daughter hoping to bring her home safely .

Sadly that was not to be, and it would take 13 years to finally uncover the truth of what happened to her on that fateful evening…

This is episode 26… the tragic case of Britannee Drexel…

Crime talk timestamp;10:42. *TRIGGER WARNING* The following episode includes mention of animal abuse & subjects of a violent nature*. It was late 2010 when the first sickening video appeared on YouTube, posted by a repugnant, narcissistic psychopath . The horrific video depicted the killing of innocent kittens & was to be the first of several, showing his antipathy & violence towards animals. It also led everyone who saw it to believe the man creating & appearing in the videos would be capable of doing the same acts to a human being. Surely it was only a matter of time? Realising the danger this mystery animal killer posed outraged internet sleuths & armchair detectives from around the world put their heads together to hunt this ticking time bomb down, using the only tools they had - the World Wide Web . And how right they were to be concerned, because very soon his penchant for killing escalates & international law enforcement would rush to join the hunt for this incredibly dangerous individual . On 24th May 2012 , 33 year old student Jun Lin was last seen near his apartment when he suddenly disappeared. His concerned friends began asking if anyone had seen him until they heard rumours of a disturbing video that had been posted online . When they saw this terrifying snuff film they realised their friend had tragically fallen victim to this online killer. And when Jun Lins body parts started turning up at the offices of the national headquarters of the Canadian Conservative Party as well as other locations the hunt was on and the world knew this evil killer needed to be caught . No matter how many different countries he fled to or how many fake identities he created , eventually the law would catch up with him & there was nowhere left to hide. After his capture & arrest this unbelievably shocking story was eventually covered in the Netflix Documentary ‘Don’t F#*With Cats’. This is the case of reviled killer Luka Magnotta. This case has blown the minds of true crime fans & armchair detectives alike…

On July 13th 2023 news broke across the world that the man allegedly responsible for the ‘Gilgo Beach Murders’ & the Long Island Serial Killer ( known by most as LISK) had finally been identified. 59 year old married father of 2 Rex Heuermann has been surrounded by police on the streets of Manhattan & taken into police custody .

This killer was also known by other monikers during his reign of terror such as: The Gilgo Beach Murderer, The Craigslist Ripper & The Manorville Butcher, however LISK was the most commonly used.

An elite specialist task force made up of top detectives & FBI specialists had been formed & had been working tirelessly to catch this illusive killer.

This was a pivotal moment in the investigation.

Finally after so many years of searching they began unlocking a chain of events & clues using dna & cellphone activity- that eventually uncovered who this sadistic, serial killer was once & for all .

His innocent victims became known as the Gilgo Beach 4 due to their remains being discovered very close to each other along Gilgo Beach. However, there are 6 other victims who could still potentially be linked to him.

This would make it 10 victims in total who some believe the LISK , who some believe maybe Heuermann, could be responsible for killing.

However the killer of the remaining victims displayed a different modus operandi.

Leading some to believe there may in-fact be two serial killers who were operating in the same area , both targeting sex workers .

Which would mean if this is the case , then one serial killer is still at large…..

In this episode we are going to discuss the Gilgo Beach 4 & also the 6 remaining victims & try to uncover everything that is known so far …
