In the early hours of November 13, 2022 one of the worst tragedies in American history took place in an off campus student house on 1122 King Road, Moscow Idaho . 4 bright, brilliant students 21 year old Maddie Mogen, 21 year old Kaylee Goncalves, 29 year old Xana Kernodle, & 20 year old Ethan Chapin were attacked in their bedrooms & had their young lives brutally stolen in the most savage way . Their alleged killer, 28 year old former criminology student Brian Kohberger is now awaiting trial & if convicted faces the death penalty for the horrific murders . How long had their killer had his sights set on his victims , & how did he think he could commit & get away with such a frenzied, bloody massacre ? And now, one year exactly to the day that their 4 young lives were tragically taken we are going to remember each of the victims, their families & friends who are fighting so hard through their grief to see justice is done for their loved ones. We are also taking a look into what we know so far about the impending court case that could see their alleged killer convicted & potentially face the firing squad. If found guilty for these wicked crimes he could go down as one of the most reviled & evil murderers the world has ever seen.

In this concluding part to the Menendez Brothers case, we discuss the two trials and the verdicts it took to finally sentence brothers Lyle & Erik for the murder of their parents Jose & Kitty. We also look at the evidence that was not allowed to be submitted in their second trial. If indeed it had been included, it suggests the Menendez brothers were in-fact telling the truth all along and the outcome could have been very different for them . It alludes to the fact that they had been subjected to years of mental, physical, & sexual abuse at the hands of their powerful, dominant father Jose. Also we delve into the possibility of perhaps a new trial which could shed light on new, strong evidence that has recently come to light. This includes the revelation by ex boyband member Roy Rosello that he too had been raped & sexually assaulted by none other than Jose Menendez as a young boy. Along with a letter that’s emerged from the past corroborating the brothers claims that they had repeatedly been abused by their father. With all that in mind could an early release for the brothers finally become a real possibility after 33 years behind bars? Do they deserve another shot at life, or should they spend the rest of their lives in prison for their crime?
