In this episode, we discuss a little bit about what grief is and its process. We talk through the five stages of grief, and tasks of mourning. There's also a great grief fact sheet that I share with you all. Finally, at the end, I share my experience the day I lost my father, and a poem that I wrote about it. Grief is hard, and it has an impact on every single one of us. Hopefully, by listening to this episode, you feel a little less alone, less weird, or like you're broken... never to be healed again. There are better days on the horizon, friends. I know this because I have experienced this for myself. I hope you enjoy this episode, that you'll play it for a loved one or share with friends, so that we can all talk about these important things and destigmatize them. As always, you can find my podcast on the Anchor app, Spotify, and Apple podcasts.
