Last week, I found myself scrolling through social media—something I don't do often—and within minutes, I was bombarded with conflicting opinions.
One post told me I should be making art every day.
Another said galleries were a waste of time.
Someone else had a completely different take on pricing. It was a flood of "you should do this" and "you must do that." And suddenly, I started questioning everything.
That's when I realised: this is exactly how we lose touch with ourselves. The sheer volume of information out there can cloud our judgment, pull us in different directions, and make us doubt what we already know deep down.
So today, I want to talk about how we can navigate this world of constant input while staying true to ourselves—how to filter through the noise, avoid overwhelm, and reconnect with our own intuition.
