Gareth McGlynn, our host, sat down with Aaron Shwom, the Senior Preconstruction Manager at Consigli in Boston, Massachusetts.

Aaron is a Psychology graduate from The George Washington University.

Early on his career, Aaron didn't know what to do and worked in a cabinetry shop, were he rekindled his love for construction. He then moved to John Moriarty & Associates starting off as an Estimator then Purchaser, Precon Lead and Conceptual Estimator.

Now with Consigli for two and a half years, Aaron is assisting developers with Lab projects across MA, by focusing on Historical Data.
