In this special edition of the View, Kim A. Eagle, MD, MACC, talks with Dharam J. Kumbhani, MD, SM, FACC, Philippe Gabriel Steg, MD, FACC, and Payal Kohli, MD, FACC, about three of the major trials presented Monday, Aug. 28 during ESC Congress 2023.  

The trials include ARAMIS (0:39), investigating potential treatments for acute myocarditis, RIGHT (3:22), exploring STEMI patients treated with primary PCI, evaluating the prolongation of anticoagulation after the procedure and ONCO-DVT (4:51), looking at the optimal duration of anticoagulation therapy (3 months vs. 12 months) with direct oral anticoagulant (edoxaban) for isolated distal deep vein thrombosis.
