Hello, Eavesdroppers! Each week, hosts Geordie & Michelle dive into real life, true crime and supernatural tidbits, putting a virtual pin in various topics. This week, they revisit some key stories with brand new updates plus there's a couple of new stories, too...

As always, the pair kick off with some chatter about Crossroads, Jamie Gertz and Barry Humphries before discussing the baffling appearance of Ben Mendlesohn on Regent Street in London looking like a homeless person directing traffic. Listen in to find out what ended up in the actor’s mouth!

Michelle then gives an update on Melissa Caddick, the Australian fraudster who conned her friends and family out of millions via dodgy financial dealings before going missing… is there a foot update? Is there a media embargo on information from the inquest? You’ll have to listen to find out! Michelle then discusses a bright light over Kyiv and the possibility that it could have been a UFO before wrapping up with the true crime story of the murder of Jane’s Addiction guitarist Dave Navarro’s mother in 1983…

Geordie then discusses an update on the Wieambilla siege, where six people lost their lives. Madelyn Train, the daughter of Nathaniel and Stacey Train and step-daughter to Nathaniel’s brother Gareth Train (it’s complicated) were the shooters in the siege. Did conspiracy theories play a part in the shootings? Were the Train’s children exposed to a predator when young? Listen to know more! Plus an update on convicted sex trafficker, racketeer and cult leader Keith Raniere from NXIVM, who is trying to have his conviction overturned… Listen now for the full update!

Rock ‘n’ roll and witchy stuff – it seems to go hand-in-hand and this week on Eavesdroppin’, hosts Geordie & Michelle dive into rock stars who’ve had a brush with the occult. Geordie kicks off the episode with a look at a classic tale of selling your soul to the devil for fame – yes, we’re talking about blues guitarist Robert Johnson and his legendary deal with the devil at the crossroads. Tune in to know more! She also covers Led Zeppelin, Aleister Crowley and the weird witchy things that happened after they allegedly performed a ritual to bring fame and success to the band. Killing Joke and their occulty rituals get a mention alongside the time they tried to record in an Egyptian pyramid, and finally, Geordie dives into the strange tale of David Bowie, who thought he’d been cursed by a witch. Listen in to get the full stories!

Michelle then talks about Mylie Cyrus’s supposed London ghost encounter and Cher’s house that’s haunted by a friendly ghost, before discussing Jane’s Addiction singer Perry Farrell’s visitation with a spirit entity back in 1993. But the wildest of Michelle’s stories comes from ex KISS guitarist, Ace Frehley, who not only has a haunted house, he was also punched by a ghost, saw a UFO while on tour with KISS and had a UFO land in his garden. True story. Listen now to find out more!

This week on Eavesdroppin’, we dedicate the episode to the dearly beloved Franny, who recently passed away and who would have loved this true-crime tale. The episode also contains some grim and gory details so put down that juice before listening…

Imagine confessing to a murder you had no recollection of? This week on Eavesdroppin’, Michelle looks at the most confounding case in US history of 6 people who all confessed to being involved in a murder they couldn’t even remember. Why would you say you murdered someone when you didn’t? What were the reasons behind it? Was something more sinister going on? And what happened to the people who confessed? All this plus the usual chat from hosts Geordie & Michelle, including some telly recs, a nod to the Mandela Effect and a case of mistaken identity with TL Swan…

We hope you enjoy this week’s episode and remember, wherever you are, whatever you do, just keep Eavesdroppin’!

This week on Eavesdroppin’, hosts Geordie & Michelle have a mystery to unravel, but before they delve deep, the pair discuss Aussie bird noises, some new theories about the Calvine UFO incident and some facts about the crucifix on Mars, courtesy of our resident science nerd, Neil The Scientist! Thanks, Neil!!

But the question we’re asking this week is, who would abandon three children under 5 in a train station in Barcelona? Well, someone did and this week Geordie looks into the 40-year-old true-life story of the missing Barcelona Railway Kids. In 1984, Elvira, Ricard and Ramón, dressed in designer clothes, were left to wait at a Barcelona train station while their driver went off to fetch them some sweets. Hours later, worried railway workers realised the three young children had been abandoned and the trio were handed over to the police, who at the time weren’t too worried – surely someone would come forward to claim the children? But they didn’t - no one was looking for these children. So why were the children abandoned? What happened to their parents? Who was the man in the fancy car that dropped them at the station? And why, for 40 years, has no one ever come looking for the children, who now have families of their own? Listen to hear more about this gripping story – and the new developments in the case from the past few months!

This week on Eavesdroppin’, host Geordie investigates a folkloric figure from West Virginia that has been dubbed part man, part moth… When two Point Pleasant couples were chased by a man-like creature with a 10ft wingspan in 1966, the legend of Mothman was born. Listen now to hear more about MothMan, whether he really was a harbinger of doom and how the blackbird of Chernobyl is connected to the MothMan myth…

Host Michelle then takes you back to the evening of  December 29, 1980, when Betty Cash, Vickie Landrum and her 7 year old grandson Colby spotted a huge diamond-shaped craft hovering in the sky while driving past a pine forest in Dayton, Texas. The incident changed their lives forever. What happened to Betty, Vickie & Colby? Was it really a UFO? Could it have been a secret military craft? Were their ongoing health problems a result of their UFO encounter? Or was it all a big hoax? Listen now to discover more…

Do you think that psychics can help solve cold cases? Can police credibly use psychics as a tool? This week, Eavesdroppers, we revisit one of our favourite themes – psychic investigators – and look into some cases that will get you thinking… But to start, hosts Geordie & Michelle talk about Mystic Meg, Jen’s gray wig and the REAL 10 commandments before Geordie dives into a current UK murder-slash-missing-persons case…

When Lancashire mum of two Nicola Bulley went missing while on a dog walk in January 2023, her disappearance struck a nerve with the British public. After 23 agonising days of searching for Nicola without success, her body was finally found less than a mile from where she vanished. Thing is, police did not find Nicola’s body. Instead, she was found by a psychic medium who used his gifts to find the missing mum. Listen now to hear more on this tragic case.

In 1994, in Columbus Ohio, Robert Caulley went to visit his elderly parents Charles and Lois only to find them stabbed to death. After months of investigation, the police came to a dead end, until psychic investigator Tana Hoy assisted authorities. Listen now to hear Michelle’s investigation into the case and find out whether or not Tana managed to help solve this cold case and uncover the killer…

We hope you enjoy this week’s episode and remember, wherever you are, whatever you do, just keep Eavesdroppin’!
