More About Ebonnie Rowe and Her Work:

Ebonnie's story begins with founding a mentorship program - Each One Teach One, which matched Black youth with Black professionals. She also started PhemPhat Entertainment Group, a dynamic, non-profit company that provides promotional, mentoring, networking, educational and performance opportunities for emerging female artists. 

Ebonnie is the producer of the Honey Jam concert and artist development program for young female artists across Canada (of all cultures and musical genres).  Honey Jam alumni include Grammy Award winner Nelly Furtado, Melanie Fiona, Juno award winning artists Kellylee Evans, Jully Black, Haviah Mighty, LU KALA and many others. Rowe has organized impactful songwriting camps, industry workshops, and opportunities to learn from artists like Jessie Reyez, Serena Ryder, Deborah Cox, Marsha Ambrosius, Destiny's Child original member LeToya Luckett, Elle Varner, Erykah Badu, Janelle Monae and more. 

Honey Jam is a non-profit multicultural, multi-genre artist development programme. Since 1995 we have worked with young emerging Canadian female artists from across Canada to provide mentoring, educational, vocal coaching, performance and networking opportunities.
