For my final interview of the year, I sit down with Jamie Helly, founder of Dynamo & one of the founders of MIA chocolate.

The thing that captured my imagination about Jamie and his business was the fact that not only has he designed some of the most memorable Irish brands but he then went and did it with his own chocolate brand.
