✨ If you are new to EFT Tapping Download the free guide here.
This EFT meditation is designed for moments of anxiety, mental overwhelm, or when your thoughts feel like they are moving faster than you can keep up. We begin tapping right away and move through 4 intentional rounds, using affirmations that help you recognize what you are feeling, allow it to be there without resistance, and gently guide your mind and body into a calmer, more regulated state.
EFT Tapping works by combining light acupressure with focused awareness. As you tap on specific points, you send signals of safety to the brain, helping to reduce the stress response and regulate the nervous system. This can lower emotional intensity, slow racing thoughts, and create space for clarity without needing to “fix” anything.
This practice focuses on meeting yourself where you are, letting your body settle naturally, and allowing calm to return on its own - without forcing anything. A perfect way to step out of the cycle of overthinking and back into your body & into the present.
