A deep dive into the anatomy of deep healing. Often when we trigger we blame the messenger instead of looking at the wound that triggered the reaction in the first place. So the wound remains and we trigger over and over. Lets take a closer look at the wound itself and keep looking until we land on the contract, inner agreement, or decision we made (usually as children) to keep holding onto the burden, hurt, disappointment - and let it go.
