This chat with Emma Campbell was 50 minutes of pure joy for me, and hopefully will be for you too. I met Emma when I lived in Fiji for 10 months last year and she was such a truly lovely person to connect with in a new country where I knew limited people.
Emma and I share a conscious conversation about her life as an expat working as the Chief Marketing Officer at Tourism Fiji, how she navigated being new to the role as tourism ceased to exist for 2 years, how emotional intelligence flows into her unique leadership style and her experience with sobriety over the last 400 days which she makes so incredibly relatable to, I am sure so many of us.
There will be many "a-ha" moments in this discussion for anyone wanting to shift something that perhaps isn’t sitting with them anymore and spark them to make a significant positive change in the pursuit of happiness – which also happens to be part of the tagline for Tourism Fiji, “Where happiness finds you”.
Huge thanks to Emma for her raw share on her personal and work life, and for doing so in her brilliant Scottish accent – which I love!
