I am sooo excited about these three questions I shared today!! Sometimes I think we forget that if we do not understand why we are feeling a certain way nobody around us is going to get it either! These questions are meant to help our kids understand themselves so that we can understand them better and completely skip the step of misunderstanding where arguments usually start!!!

Today we are diving into how to make a hard decision when we are placed in an unknown tough situation. I open up to the littles about something that happened to me when I was little at recess. It left me with a really hard choice and I was not sure what to do. The point of this episode is to help the littles understand they are not alone if this has happened to them but also that they can take a deep breath if or when it does because they are aware of how to go about handling the situation.

How often do you go up to the people you love and actually share with them what you love about them by telling them out loud?  Honestly it is probably not that often! We all think people just know how we feel and its not true! There are a few things this episode is going to do for our littles..... #1. teach them how to think about the things they love about others #2. Help them practice showing gratitude #3. help them focus on positives rather than negatives.

I hope this episode is helpful and I hope this activity is fun for the kids and maybe pushes them outside their comfort zone a little bit!

I want the littles to be able to grasp the concept that even though we may not feel like we are doing it, our daily choices encourage the people around us whether they are friends or strangers!
Us just choosing to try something new or be different teaches others that they can do the same which is SO POWERFUL!!

With valentines day around the corner everyoneee is talking about sharing and spreading love and kindness especially in the schools. Yes I think loving others isss sooooo important but there is a step that a lot of people sometimes forget first.... That step is loving our selves!!!!  Today we are diving into why loving ourselves is important and actually makes it easier for us to show love to others! I use a fun example with the kids so make sure they grab their love bucket (hint) and come join the party!!

I think today is a going to for sure help the kids grasp the concept of self love and the importance of how sharing love with yourself allows you to actually share more with others after!

Last week if you tuned in you knowed we talked about acting in ways just because we know it would make someone else like us or hangout with us or laugh at our jokes. We talked about how even though in the moment this feels fun because we feel like we "have" more friends.... but deep down these people do not like the true us and that feels really bad! Soo today we are expanding on it! We are asking ourselves what is the one thing we would do if we knew everyone else would join us, everyone else would be just as excited as us?! this question is not only here to help us figure out who we are butttt to figure out what our next step is, and also figure out what we need to do next because we know exactly what it is that would make us most happy!!!1

This queationg is realllyyy going to help kids think on a lottt deeper level! A level that they have always had the capacity to think at but never knew what to ask themselves to think at that level so LETS GIVE IT TO THEM!!
