Jeffrey H. Skatoff is the founder and primary contributor to Probate Stars, a website that offers information for clients to understand inheritance solutions. For over 30 years, Jeffery has practiced law in the areas of probate, estate litigation, trust litigation, guardianship litigation, estate planning, and taxation. 

In the estate planning area, he has prepared estate plans of all complexities, for young families with minor children, to owners of large, complex, multi-state businesses, including those with international aspects.

For the past 20 years he has worked in the Florida probate administration area, handling close to 1,000 probate administrations, from simple estates to very large and complex taxable estates, often with assets throughout the world.
