Kat opens up about her journey as a young woman in the church and the negative influence of purity culture, to the discovery of her own sexuality and finding empowerment within herself and her body. She talks about the experiences and research that led to the decision of whether or not she wanted to wait until marriage, and how she uses this to help other women find freedom in their sexuality.
