2 years after I completed my Masters of Health Science from the University of Toronto (and finishing paying off my loans), I went back to school. I enrolled in 10 weeks of culinary school and spent another $7000! I felt like at the time, I really needed that culinary training to start the business I wanted to start. I wanted to be taken seriously and have the skills needed to teach cooking.

As a health professional, you also value continued education. Heck, your college or governing organization might even demand CEU’s from you on a regular basis.
