It's human nature to love THINGS. Cars, watches, houses, boats. And, that's okay.  But on this episode of the CarrotCast I want to dive in a little deeper. How can entrepreneurs and leaders go from being successful to being significant?  We have to love the PROCESS not the thing. We need to avoid the need for validation and protection. Instead, we need to change the mindset around to loving the process. The process of making a bigger impact on others lives. That's when we win. That's when we become SIGNIFICANT. Every day think, "Who Do I Need To Show Up For?" That question separates ego and selfishness from compassion and love. The strong desire to really, really make a difference.
