Hosanna speaks about the importance of staying connected and rooted in the word of God. Throughout this episode, Hosanna talks about spiritual disciplines and shares practical ways to incorporate them into our daily lives. We also share our thoughts on taking a Sabbath and how we've embraced regular moments of rest.
