Have you heard of cycle syncing -- the decision to make decisions and lifestyle choices based on where you are in your menstrual cycle? Today's guest, Megan Faller, is the founder of The Aligned Cycle and she joins us to share how connecting with this ancient practice has been so beneficial for her and why she wants to empower others with the same knowledge. My favorite part of this episode? She makes cycle syncing *realistic and accessible!* If you are interested in learning more about what cycle syncing is and how you could begin trying it out for yourself right now, this is the episode for you.
