Radha is the co-Founder, and CEO of Daybreaker, the early morning dance, and wellness movement in 30 cities and five continents. Radha has transformed the way people wake up with morning dance parties designed for stressed-out college students, celebrities, Fortune 500 CEOs, and people of all ages. Most recently she launched the science-backed platform, DOSE by Daybreaker, a first-of-its-kind membership, and community to practice JOY with the goal of making “practicing joy” as ubiquitous as practicing yoga and meditation.

She is currently teaching joy practices on DOSE every week, developing a Functional Happiness Teacher training program, and writing her next book, “The Joy Ride”.
