Bianca Erickson is weaving her interest in wellness with her passion to inspire and motivate others to live their best lives through The Joyful Hour, a Podcast and company focused on creating and delivering unique personal development and wellness content and programs. Bianca recently completed the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute's Engage Program for Mindful Leaders course which focuses on developing expertise in Emotional Intelligence, Mindfulness and related Neuroscience; Engage is a program created, designed and tested at Google.

Bianca is an experienced non-profit executive, with expertise in finance, governance, operations, programming, events and fundraising. Bianca holds a Master of Science in Epidemiology and brings a public health perspective to all she does. She has been recognized on the Floor of U.S. Congress, Miami-Dade County Office of the Mayor and Board of County Commissioners and Legal Aid Society of Broward County for her non-profit work. Bianca attended the Harvard Business School's Strategic Perspectives in Non-Profit Management Program and is a graduate with Honors of Mount Holyoke College and the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
