On today's Zero Limits Podcast recorded in the gardens of the Australian War Memorial Canberra, I chat with Ant Plater a Veteran of the Australian Defence Force for 27 years, Begining his military career as an infantry soldier posting to the 1st Battalion Royal Australian Regiment (1RAR) however 17 of those years were with the 2nd Commando Regiment reaching the rank of Warrant Officer.

Ant had an extensive career within defence deploying to Somalia, Bougainville, East Timor, Iraq and Afghanistan also served in the Tactical Assault Group-East, and was the counter-terrorism advisor to the Australian Federal Police. Post military career Ant moved into the for fitness/sports industry and most recently working at the Canberra Raiders @raiderscanberra as a high performance consultant.
