As we near the end of 2021, I have been doing a lot of reflecting about the past year and where I would like to see my business go in 2022. During this time, it occurred to me that I haven’t shared my entrepreneurial journey on how I was able to add myself to payroll.

In this week’s episode, I reflect on the things that needed to happen structurally in my business and some changes I had to make to my mindset to finally add myself to my own payroll in 2020 after 9 years in business for myself.

My hope in sharing my personal experience with this is to help you avoid some of the mistakes I’ve made and help you get yourself on payroll FASTER than I was able to.
