What happens if you start adding the accompaniments like honey or nuts or fruit? We'll be looking at what cheeses go best with traditional method sparkling wine, so that of England. We'll be looking at the temperature that you should serve your cheese at. When do you take it out of the fridge? And there will also be some nice pairings to go with cheesy dishes because heating the cheese or melting the cheese can change the dynamic.
