During college Wilson had a long distance relationship with a woman in Argentina. The two of them decided to open the relationship in an effort not to limit the other's physical needs. As he describes it, they had no idea what they were doing or that open relationships were even a "thing" that you could do. They just did it. It was a rocky few years and now he has done extensive research and discovery into what kind of non-monogamy he is interested in.
