Justin Kompf is the fitness director at Sequence. He holds a PhD in exercise and health sciences. Before joining sequence he held a postdoc research position at Brandeis University. Prior to this Justin taught at SUNY Cortland and UMass Boston. At SUNY Cortland he was the head strength and conditioning coach from 2013-2017. In his research and at Sequence, Justin focuses on helping people get started and adhere to physical activity.
