Now, funny story… the original podcast file went poof thanks to a tech fail (RIP audio), but lucky for us, Sheldon was down to chat twice—and honestly, he’s worth it.

Sheldon is the store manager and head designer at Flowers by Michelle in Las Vegas, and he’s crushing it in the floral world. He’s a proud member of the SAF Next Gen Committee, and credits his family and the Next Gen community for helping him bloom with confidence and connections.

With over a decade in the floral game, Sheldon now runs the family shop like a boss and is currently a finalist in the Dueling Delphinium Design Challenge hosted by Details + Ball SB. At just 25 years old, he’s already a trendsetter, a design force, and one to watch in the industry.
