After her husband was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, award-winning writer Amy Bloom faced an unimaginable choice. Her latest nonfiction, “In Love: A Memoir of Love and Loss,”  is a powerful book that probes the unvarnished reality into Alzheimer’s.  

Host, Meryl Comer, talks with Amy about her husband’s behavior and forgetfulness before diagnosis and the reaction of others to their very personal decision. Ultimately, they find a courageous way, together, to honor his decision to end his life.
