John Parsons, CFM is the Director of Workplace Experience at 23andMe and a long-time member of IFMA and contributor to our FM community. Mike Petrusky asks John about his perspective on the workplace revolution and how facility leaders can create experiences that enable employees to do their best work by delivering concierge-like services that encourage innovation.
