Jimmy-Dean is an experienced airline industry veteran of 25 years, serving as a commercial airline pilot, recruiter, trainer and check pilot, with several years in airline flight operations management, and  experience as both a chief pilot and operations manager.  Jimmy-Dean is currently the Vice President, Flight Operations at WestJet, leading their approximately 2000 pilots and the team that supports them, and holds the role of Transport Canada designated system chief pilot.
