This was one of those that we just hit record and saw what happened. In true Ones Ready fashion, we covered a lot of ground, and didn't really have a true outline. We start out talking self-improvement, ethical decision making at the like. 

But along the way we took a ton of detours and this one was truly just some dudes talking and laying out concepts.
