When it comes to investing it takes a special type of agent to get their clients to the closing table.  They'll likely need quick replies, be able to accomodate many showing requests AND have comps available at the speed of light.  As someone who has been an investor client I can tell you from personal experience that an agent who can help to secure properties for you is critical.  So in this weeks episode I'm sharing the reality and the benefit for agents to build their business with investors as clients.
