Talking through my predetermined expectations about mentorship has allowed me to experience freedom by unraveling, unmasking and redefining certain parts of my life that I have never considered before. I have been in the process of redefining what my capabilities and my capacities as a mentor really are and not letting my past definition of mentorship define what my capability is.
