In this episode, Anna, Janet and Juli are joined by GLOW member and Professional Endurance Athlete and Coach, Alyssa Godesky.  Alyssa has over 30 full-distance Ironmans under her belt, 3 fastest known times (FKT), and countless other achievements ranging from orienteering to adventure racing.  Alyssa’s FKTs include the VT Long Trail, the Adirondack’s 46 High Peaks, and NH’s 48 High Peaks (all over 4K footers).  These are all beyond amazing accomplishments, but what we find to be extra special about Alyssa is that you would never know this about her if you join her on one of our GLOW rides.  We are just so inspired by how CHILL Alyssa is while she show’s up, has fun and joins our social rides.

11th Annual Überwintern Fatbike Festival, hosted by Stowe Trails Partnership in Stowe, VT.  The festival is on January 21 at 9 am at Ranch Camp- tickets are limited and will sell out!!  $50 gets you guided rides, aid stations a.k.a party central, lunch, a limited edition print by a local artist and all the proceeds going to “loyal to our soil” trail grant. Tickets can be purchased at eventbrite.  

3rd Annual Cold Roll Fatbike Festival, which is hosted at Pine Hill Park in Rutland, VT on Sunday, Feb 12, 2023 from 9am-3pm.  Tickets are $50 will get you the best dang Burritos in the state, 14th Star Brewery and fire pits! Doesn't get much better than that in February in the woods.
